Our Story

Scott Peterson has been in the selective brush plating industry with the world leader in selective brush plating for over 40 years, contributing significantly to growth of the market through the years. His primary role has been training customers around the world, on the selective brush plating process and providing outstanding customer technical support. He has represented the industry on numerous industry committees and has published and presented technical papers on the selective brush plating process. He started out as a plating technician, quickly advancing to a Regional Service Shop Manager. Over the years, he has held key roles, including Technical Service Manager and Aerospace Market Manager, where he spent 10 years selling contract plating services and process equipment. He finished his career serving as the Senior Technical Training Manager.
